Miss Uganda - Virgos Lounge

Skirt:  £50 Virgos Lounge
Crop top - £15 Missguided
Heels - £19 Ebay
Earrings - £7 Diamond Petal
Clutch Bag - £3 Ebay

Saubas Outfit
Dress - £68 Virgos Lounge
Heels - Asos

Hey guys! So on Saturday I went to Miss Uganda for the first time.  It was my second pageant show and I must say I do enjoy all the glitz and glamour of it.  So of course you know I love Virgos Lounge and this event called for a VL type dress!  I fell in love with this skirt the moment I saw it.  I don't have anything like it in my wardrobe, and it is quite a mature look, but the crop top gave it a fresh young feel.

So I know you all get bored of my face lol ( Well I hope not!) but thought it would be nice to see another face on the blog.  My gorgeous little sis also wore the most beautiful VL dress, the detailing is absolutely stunning.

Leather Skirt

Skirt - £19.99 Missguided
Top - $13 Persunmall
Bag - £6 H&M sale
Jewellery - Diamond Petal
Heels - £12 Primark

I'm halfway through my week off, its been amazing.  I haven't done anything special at all and I think that's the beauty of it.  We lead such busy life's that we sometimes forget to have some down time.

I'm in love with this leather skirt, I think the design is a bit different to your regular leather skirt.  I wanted to keep this outfit monochrome, but you know me, I couldn't help but through in a bit of colour and print with the clutch.

Red Dress

Dress - £20 Topshop
Bag - H&M
Heels - Zara

Hey guys! I hope your all having a good day.  I'm certainly in a great mood as I'm off work for one week!!  I don't have anything planned at all, but it's nice just to be able to chill sometimes.

I successfully tried bantu knots again, If you remember I tried them in this post here, it didn't work then.  This time round I tried it on dry hair as opposed to wet and voila!  What do you guys think? My hair is naturally curly already after growing it out of relaxer a few years back, but I'm still getting use to my own curls and I also like to play around with different types of curls.

I threw on this flirty red dress today, as the weather was ok.  Its a new dress, so I thought if I don't wear it now I would have to wait until next summer.  I love it, it's so girly, for £20 it's probably the cheapest dress I will ever find in Topshop lol

Green and Grey

 Heels - £40 Zara
Clutch - £6 Primark
Trousers - £11 Primark
Vest top - £4
Necklace & Bracelet - Diamond petal

This is the kind of outfit I gravitate towards to when there are a lot of meetings going on at work and I need to look more conservative aka covered up!lol   But just because you need to keep it conservative, it doesn't mean you cant add  prints and colour to keep it interesting.

I love the little leather detail on the vest top and I added this necklace to dress it up a bit.  I cant believe this clutch bag is only £6, I would honestly expect to see it in somewhere like Dorothy Perkins or Oasis.

Wishlist: Jumpers

If you was reading my blog last winter you know I hate winter with a passion, I would moan about it in every blog post possible.. sorry!!  I have poor blood circulation so for me its hard to look forward to winter fashion when am freezing cold even in a heated room! I don't take my scarf off in the office all winter, its a bit extreme lol.  So this is my wishlist of some of the jumpers I want to buy. I know people that do enjoy Fall fashion look forward to layering, but for me its all about cosy warm jumpers, so I'm more pulled to bright and patterned jumpers rather than layering.

Skort

Top - £5 Primark
Skort - £6 Ebay
Heels - Zara
Jewellery - Diamond Petal

When I put this outfit together, I felt inspired to throw random prints together for some reason, maybe because it was hot and sunny!  So I picked the two most opposite prints but made it work by keeping it monochrome.  I added the heels for some colour.  My boyfriend smartly pointed out that the black and white print on the heels matched the print on the skort, good spot lol

I now have a garden now people, yeaah! so let the outside pictures commence!!
