Hey guys, I hope your having a good start to the weekend so far. I have spent the day looking for venues for my engagement party. Now I'm watching the Brazil and Chile game, which is so tense at the moment. Is anyone else following the world cup? I must admit I'm not into football, but I love the world cup.

I wore this top to work yesterday and my boss said I looked like sunshine :-) Mustard is such a vibrant colour. I bought this top and two other items in the Zara sale. I work right next to a Zara and trust me the fight not to go in there everyday is real lol

I bought these shorts last year but have never wore them, it has a matching top which I wore here on the blog last year, but I'm yet to wear it as a set.

Wedding Outfit: Pleated Skirt

Following on from the last post, here is the outfit I wore to a wedding on Saturday. The camera was a bit flash happy so unfortunately it takes away a bit of detail, but how amazing is this skirt!!! I'm obsessed with it. Its so full and bouncy, I love the pleats which you can see better in the last two pictures that luckily didn't have flash.

I love my new yellow heeled Sandals and also happy to add yellow shoes to my shoe collection. This year I'm really trying to invest in pieces I can re wear over and over. With my own wedding coming up and so many other things going on in my life at the moment, shopping has taken a back seat. I was tempted to buy a Virgos Lounge dress, but their pieces are so one off and pricey. If your trying to save money I recommend doing the same. I can wear all these piece's separately and style them in so many different ways.

This is the first time I have straightened my hair since March and I had not realised how much my hair has grown! I started using a few products last month and have literally experienced crazy growth! You can see the difference from this post here. If anyone is interested I will be blogging about it soon.

Its wedding season yeaahh!! I attended a wedding yesterday, it was a beautiful wedding and the weather behaved. The weeks leading up to the wedding I was on the hunt for the perfect dress and of course as us girls do I found a lot of options. Here are a few of my shortlisted dresses. I ended up picking something totally different which I will post next.

Hey guys, I hope your're all well. Summer has now officially arrived in London!! I love it, I love heat, More so people think I'm crazy because I love travelling to super hot countries like Dubai and Egypt, but that's probably because we barely get enough hot days to even call it a summer!

I feel like guys get a bit too over excited in the summer when us girls show a bit more skin lol probably because we don't have shorts type of weather too often. So when I pulled out these shorts I decided to style them with a shirt, to make it look classy. You know that saying about showing one feature at a time!!

Brand Love: Demeskits New York

Hey guys, sorry for being Awol on the blog, life is just crazy busy right now. I have so many big 'adult' things going on in my life right now, one being planning a wedding and quite a few other things, I find myself exhausted way to often.

Anyhoo, I love finding new brands that haven't really blown yet. I remember last year when I bought my Virgos Lounge dress and wore it on my birthday, everyone was like hhmmm interesting dress, now they all wear VL. Its been great to see them grow since a year ago.

I think the same will happen with Demestiks. I love their unique designs. I find a lot of African brands are too expensive, but Demeskits prices are reasonable. These are my fave pieces from the brand, I'm eyeing up one of those peplum skirts as my first purchase!
