Hello my lovely friends, I'm back!! It's been 3 months since I gave birth, seriously where does the time go!! My baby girl is already 3 months, I feel like it was only yesterday that we were rushing to the hospital with excitement and pain looking forward to finally meeting her.

I was planning on posting a bit about my labour and birth experience and for you all to meet Ava, but I was so eager to get back to the good old days and start of with an outfit post!!  I'm writing the birth post straight after this one.

So as you know with most new mothers getting use to our new post pregnancy body takes getting use too.  I put on about 30 pounds by the end of my pregnancy and boy did I feel every pound of it.  A week after the birth I naturally lost a stone (14 pounds) as I was no longer carrying Ava (she was 7 pounds 6 ounces), the placenta and I had lost some water weight.

So right now I have 10 pounds left to get back to my normal weight. I have been working out at home and eating well, with a few occasional cheats.  I'm just embracing the extra weight and the process, to be honest all that matters is that Ava is here and the extra weight makes it totally worth it.

If you know me, you know I love summer.  But carrying a baby during summer was exhausting and sweaty! I'm actually embracing Autumn for the first time, I'm loving the loose fitting jumpers (while I work on these abs!)  I added a twist to this boohoo Jumper by knotting the bottom and making it off the shoulder on one side.
